Privacy.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. Name, email, project track, budget range, and your message. Delivered to [email protected] via Web3Forms.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4, which does not store IP addresses. We use it to count pageviews, see which case studies people open, and confirm forms are working. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views, without cookies.
• Server logs. Cloudflare records request metadata (IP, user-agent, timing) for security and uptime. Standard hosting, retained briefly.
• Bot check. The contact form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which inspects your browser to tell people from bots. The demo sites under /sites and /drops load their fonts from Google Fonts, which sees the same request details any host does.

What we don’t collect

• No accounts. No passwords.
• No payment information on this site.
• No third-party advertising or remarketing pixels.
• No cross-site tracking. No data sales.

Cookies

The site sets one analytics cookie and keeps two small flags in your browser:

• axismecca-theme in localStorage (the site is dark only), and amx-boot-seen and amx-mp-ritual-seen in sessionStorage, which stop the intro animations replaying during one visit. None of these is ever transmitted.
• _ga, _ga_*, Google Analytics 4 client identifiers: a random ID per browser, no name or email.
• Cloudflare may set short-lived security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) for bot protection.

How we use your info

• To reply to your inquiry.
• To prepare scoped proposals when you ask for one.
• To improve the site. Aggregate only, never per-person.

We never share your contact details with anyone outside axismecca, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without an explicit opt-in.

Your choices

• Opt out of GA4 by installing the Google Analytics opt-out.
• Email [email protected] to request deletion of any inquiry record we hold. We’ll confirm within 5 business days.

Children

The site isn’t directed at anyone under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We’ll update the “September 2026” tag at the top of this page when policy changes are material. Cosmetic edits don’t bump the date.
